French Speaking Strategy Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Strategy Consultant to join our international consulting team in London. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office, and offers the chance to work on high‑profile strategic projects for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategy consulting engagements from planning through execution.
• Conduct business analysis, market research and data‑driven problem solving.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for senior decision‑makers.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to client meetings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams on complex business challenges.
• Support continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and best practices.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants where appropriate.
• Travel internationally when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in strategy, management or business consulting, or a similar strategic role.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA or technical qualification beneficial).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Basic salary £58,000–£66,000 per year.
• Performance bonus up to 15% (OTE up to £70,000).
