French Speaking Travel Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Travel Operations Executive to join a leading international tour operator based in North London. The role combines customer‑facing service with the planning and execution of group trips across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland.
• Organise group itineraries according to client specifications and prepare accurate quotations.
• Reserve accommodation, transport and other services at competitive rates.
• Handle inbound communications, respond to queries promptly and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operation of each tour.
• Negotiate supplier rates to achieve the best possible price.
• Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs and meetings as required.

Required profile

• Full fluency in French and excellent command of English.
• Proven experience with tour operators or similar service providers.
• Good knowledge of the UK as a tourism destination.
• Positive, problem‑solving attitude and confident, dynamic personality.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
