French‑Speaking Marketing Manager – B2B Events, £46K+ Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Marketing Manager to join our fast‑paced, high‑growth B2B marketing team in London. Working hybrid (three days in the office), you will lead end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns for large‑scale international events and help shape our overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Lead audience‑growth initiatives and ensure clear, impactful messaging.
• Manage French‑language outbound communications across email, web, social and partner channels.
• Drive the creative process, briefing and refining assets to maintain brand consistency.
• Partner with sales to build campaigns that generate new business, retention and revenue.
• Develop integrated marketing activities with sponsors, partners and content teams.
• Oversee community‑building and social media strategies to boost engagement.
• Manage visitor registration, reporting, pricing strategies and key marketing metrics.
• Support other portfolios, UK‑based projects and awards campaigns during off‑peak periods.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence using CRM/CMS platforms, social tools, email marketing and automation.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver on time and on budget.
• Some experience coordinating or guiding others.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable making data‑led decisions.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation).
• Familiarity with CRM/CMS platforms.
• Experience with social media and email marketing tools.

What we offer

• Salary up to £46,000 per year plus a £5,000 bonus.
