About the role
Join the iconic Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge as a Front Desk Agent, delivering warm, personalised service to guests in a landmark luxury hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, using their names whenever possible.
- Register arrivals, collect full details, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist guests to their rooms, explain in‑room amenities and promote food & beverage outlets.
- Handle luggage, make reservations when the Reservations team is unavailable, and uphold the hotel’s credit policy.
- Maintain high standards of appearance and behaviour in line with Jumeirah’s brand.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays and varied shifts.
Required skills
- Opera Cloud (preferred).
