Front End Design Engineer

About the role

Seamflow builds AI‑powered workflows for certification bodies, notified bodies and inspection companies. As a Front End Design Engineer you will own the entire user interface that technical reviewers use to navigate massive regulatory files, turning dense data into clear, actionable screens.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the full UI stack – layout, typography, interaction, motion, and the underlying design system – using React.
• Iterate rapidly: sketch, build, ship to production within the first week, then observe real users and refine the experience.
• Translate complex, dense regulatory workflows into intuitive interfaces that support expert users handling hundreds of fields.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping interfaces that real people use daily, not just prototypes.
• Strong visual taste with the ability to defend decisions on spacing, hierarchy, and motion.
• Hands‑on approach: you build both design and code, never handing off unfinished work.
• Willingness to observe actual reviewers and design for their real‑world tasks.
