Front of House Assistant Manager

About the role

Cofton Holidays is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Assistant Manager to support the Food & Beverage team across several venues, including Amelia's Café, The Warren Bar, The Swan Pub and The Pizza Kitchen. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the overall growth of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily operations of all food outlets.
• Lead and motivate staff, ensuring performance aligns with company policies and goals.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, attendance and payroll recording.
• Recruit new team members following Cofton’s recruitment process and core values.
• Maintain health and safety standards, conduct risk assessments and support fire safety procedures.
• Oversee stock takes, control wastage and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Organise events, promotions and community initiatives to strengthen local engagement.

Required profile

• Reliable, enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to health & safety compliance and continuous improvement.
