About the role

Jumeirah Carlton Tower is hosting a Front of House Open Day on 8 July. This event gives candidates the chance to meet the hotel team, discover the brand’s culture and explore permanent positions across the front‑of‑house department.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide concierge assistance, including booking services and local recommendations.
• Manage guest inquiries and reservations at the reception desk.
• Handle luggage, luggage storage and transport for guests.
• Control access to the hotel, ensuring security and smooth entry for visitors.

Required profile

• A genuine interest in hospitality and high‑quality service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
