About the role
Join Rapport Guest Services as a Front of House Receptionist, the first point of contact for guests across seven vibrant reception areas in four Canary Wharf buildings. This full‑time, permanent role involves welcoming visitors, handling enquiries and ensuring a smooth, professional experience in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide reception and floor management cover across multiple Canary Wharf locations.
- Welcome, register and direct guests, creating a positive first impression.
- Handle internal and external calls promptly and courteously.
- Respond to guest requests efficiently, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Report facility‑related issues, including health and safety concerns, following company standards.
Required profile
- Shares Rapport values: Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall, Stronger Together.
- Previous front‑of‑house experience in luxury hotels, premium airlines or corporate environments.
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest service.
- Adaptable, proactive, organised, detail‑oriented and resourceful.
- Strong time‑management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with internal, external and VIP stakeholders.
