Front of House Receptionist

About the role

The Front of House (FoH) professional is the first point of contact for everyone entering Lola Cars. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, embody the brand’s values, and ensure smooth communication between visitors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, sign‑in and manage all visitors, contractors and VIPs, delivering a polished guest experience.
• Maintain visitor and staff passes, oversee security pass issuance and return.
• Support onboarding of new staff and act as an approachable information source.
• Coordinate couriers, deliveries and internal communications to aid site operations.
• Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, keep public‑facing facilities clean and presentable.
• Manage inventory of first‑aid kits, office supplies and consumables.
• Monitor general email inboxes, update noticeboards and assist with in‑house events.
• Uphold GDPR compliance for visitor logs and maintain strict confidentiality.
