Front of House Team Member – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join a luxury hospitality venue in South Cornwall. The role involves delivering high‑standard food and beverage service in a fine‑dining environment on a three‑month temporary contract.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Deliver Silver Service and assist with Flambé Service.
• Support and operate Trolley Service.
• Serve food and beverages in line with venue standards.
• Prepare and maintain dining and service areas.
• Ensure tables are presented to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous Front of House hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Silver Service, Flambé Service and Trolley Service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a customer‑facing environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• £12.75‑£13.25 per hour, dependent on experience.
• 40‑hour work week.
• Three‑month fixed‑term contract with immediate start.
