Front of House Team Member – Restaurant Service

About the role

Join Zizzi’s Front of House team and be the first friendly face customers meet. You will help create a memorable dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders, serving dishes and drinks, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations and guide them through the menu.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks at the bar.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well‑presented dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and back‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.
• Uphold Zizzi’s service standards and brand values throughout each shift.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about food and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
