Fulfilment Operative

About the role

Join a leading FMCG business as a Fulfilment Operative, working Monday‑Friday from 7am to 5pm. You will ensure that goods are accurately picked, labelled and dispatched each day while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manual handling and stacking of labelled products ready for dispatch.
• Pick and pack bespoke customer orders to set standards and efficiency.
• Quality‑check products to meet required standards.
• Label finished goods manually and via semi‑automated lines.
• Use IT software to print labels, pick and pack boxes and process returns.
• Prioritise health and safety for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• No prior packaging or production experience required – a positive, collaborative mindset is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment with minimal supervision.
• Good English language skills to understand health & safety instructions and communicate with the team.
• Willingness to stand for the duration of tasks.
