About the role
Humanoid is building commercially‑scalable humanoid robots and needs a passionate Full Stack Engineer to help create the cloud platform that manages the robot fleet. You will work in a fast‑moving London team, shaping both backend services and lightweight on‑robot software.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a centralized cloud‑based platform for fleet management, health monitoring and KPI visualization.
- Develop robust backend APIs and data‑management services supporting robotic integrations.
- Build lightweight software that runs on the robots for remote control, data collection, diagnostics and state management.
- Deploy secure, reliable infrastructure using containerisation and orchestration technologies.
- Automate workflows for deployment, performance monitoring and diagnostics.
- Create testing pipelines for UI, backend and robot services.
- Maintain clear documentation of tools, processes and best practices.
Required profile
- Proficiency in at least one language: Python, JavaScript, Go or Rust.
- Familiarity with React or similar front‑end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of API design, data modelling and distributed architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi or AWS CDK.
- Good grasp of network protocols and secure data exchange.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across integrated systems.
- Experience with observability and alerting in mission‑critical environments.
