Full-Time Client Advisor – Fixed-Term – London (Sloane Street)

About the role

AMI is opening a new boutique on Sloane Street in London and is looking for a full‑time Client Advisor on a fixed‑term basis, starting at the end of October 2026. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a premium shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Relations – greet guests with a friendly attitude, understand their needs, recommend relevant products, encourage cross‑selling, assist during fittings and alterations, and nurture loyalty.
• Stock Management – receive merchandise, record deliveries in the system, organise inventory rotations, request replenishment and handle internal transfers.
• Visual Merchandising – keep the store tidy and visually appealing, follow visual‑merchandising guidelines, and contribute ideas for product displays during rotations.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in high‑end ready‑to‑wear sales and familiarity with sales techniques.
• Cheerful, dynamic and team‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a strong asset.
• Strong sense of fashion, awareness of industry trends and a passion for customer service.
