About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Advisor will sell and build customer loyalty during a three‑month fixed‑term contract at the Wardour Street store in London.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, propose relevant products and encourage cross‑selling while providing fitting assistance and building long‑term loyalty.
- Manage stock processes including receiving goods, updating systems, handling inventory rotations, and coordinating restocking or transfers.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, actively participating in visual displays and rotations.
Required profile
- Experience in luxury or designer clothing sales and familiarity with sales techniques.
- Strong interest in fashion, good understanding of the luxury market and its trends.
- Fluent English; additional language is an asset.
