Full-Time Housekeeper (Live‑In/Out) for UHNW London Residence

About the role

Leaman Consulting is seeking two experienced full‑time housekeepers for a prestigious ultra‑high‑net‑worth private residence in central London. One role may be offered on a live‑in basis for the right candidate. You will join a long‑standing household team that values discretion, teamwork and immaculate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the entire residence to exceptional cleanliness, including daily bathroom cleaning and presentation.
• Care for specialist surfaces such as marble, matte timber flooring and luxury finishes.
• Clean and preserve valuable artwork and high‑end furnishings.
• Manage laundry, ironing and wardrobe care with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure all items are returned to their exact designated places.
• Feed, medicate and bathe the family’s Cocker Spaniel on a weekly basis.
• Occasionally assist the private chef by finishing simple meals for the children.
• Travel with the family within Europe when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ultra‑high‑net‑worth private households.
• Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for the smallest details.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining the household’s high standards.
• Discretion and professionalism at all times.

Required skills

• Expertise in cleaning and maintaining luxury surfaces (marble, timber flooring).
• Knowledge of artwork conservation and high‑end furnishing care.
• Advanced laundry and wardrobe management.
• Pet care, including feeding, medication administration and bathing.
