Full-Time Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join our Brighton store. The role is 37.5 hours per week with flexible availability from Monday to Sunday. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide VIP‑level service, helping customers leave with a smile.
• Develop expert knowledge of all products and advise shoppers on the best choices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and maintain a fun atmosphere.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product and service expertise.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current trends and product information.
• Handle transactions accurately and resolve customer queries promptly.

• Organised and able to manage a busy retail environment.
• Confident in initiating conversations with customers.
