Full-Time Sales Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience and give customers support and product information where needed
• Help achieve team sales targets by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products and promoting complementary items
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation across the shop floor
• Replenish stock and keep fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support additional duties as reasonably required
