Full‑Time Waiter/Waitress – Hospitality Role

About the role

Join Barlounge’s vibrant front‑of‑house team as a full‑time Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering warm, attentive service to guests while working in a lively, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering basic queries.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals, beverages and desserts, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Handle payments, process tips and maintain a clean, organized service area.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth workflow during busy periods.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the UK and completed compulsory education.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and able to thrive on a busy shift.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Reliability and willingness to contribute to a team‑first culture.
