Fully Qualified Financial Advisor – £40k-£55k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are a well‑established FCA‑authorised financial planning firm in Derby looking for a fully qualified Financial Adviser to take ownership of a substantial existing client bank. The role offers a warm client portfolio from day one, with no cold‑calling or self‑generation required, and you will start generating revenue immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client review meetings and identify advice opportunities.
• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and mortgages.
• Manage cases end‑to‑end from initial meeting through to implementation.
• Develop new business organically from the existing client base.
• Build long‑term, trusted relationships with households.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Competent and authorised to provide regulated advice in the UK.
• Confident with clients, commercially sharp and self‑sufficient.
• Motivated by performance‑linked earnings and able to demonstrate recent revenue, new business introductions and consistent outbound activity.
