FX Sales Professional – High‑Performing Role in London

About the role

We are seeking experienced FX Sales professionals to join a fully FCA‑regulated foreign exchange brokerage in the City of London. The role focuses on delivering tailored currency solutions to corporate and private clients, driving revenue through new business acquisition and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate and private clients for foreign exchange products.
• Provide market insights and execute spot, forward, option and other FX transactions.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with treasury and risk‑management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the firm’s overall revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in FX sales or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, products and pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of spot, forward, futures and options FX instruments.
• Familiarity with corporate treasury and trade finance concepts.
• Experience with delivering FX solutions to both corporate and private clientele.
