Game Lead – Boom Beach

About the role

As the Game Lead for Boom Beach you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap of this live free‑to‑play title. You will balance player experience with commercial success, using data, research and player feedback to drive growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable goals and prioritize initiatives across growth and innovation.
• Coordinate feature development and live‑ops tools with internal stakeholders and an external development partner.
• Develop and own live‑ops and monetisation strategies that align player experience with business objectives.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve retention, engagement and revenue.
• Analyse performance data, translate insights into actions and report on KPIs.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, aligning priorities and making trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning and growing a live free‑to‑play game with measurable impact on key metrics.
• Strong product judgment and ability to define strategy with clear outcomes.
• Hands‑on, data‑driven approach to improving performance and delivering player value.
• Experience working with external development teams or in distributed environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
