Gas Heating Engineer and Plumber

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gas Heating Engineer and Plumber to join our team on a permanent basis. You will work across commercial and domestic properties throughout London, delivering boiler servicing, gas safety inspections, plant‑room maintenance and a range of plumbing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Service, repair and replace commercial and domestic boilers.
• Carry out gas safety inspections and testing in line with current regulations.
• Maintain commercial plant rooms and diagnose faults.
• Perform gas works, leak repairs and boiler component replacements.
• Complete detailed daily job reports using Protean.
• Work safely and comply with health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Recognised gas trade qualification with Gas Safe commercial and domestic certifications.
• Domestic ACS Gas Safe certification (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1).
• At least five years’ plumbing experience, including commercial plant‑room work.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and own tools.
• Good punctuality and communication skills.
