GDPR & Business Systems Compliance Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a GDPR & Business Systems Compliance Specialist on a temporary basis to support our compliance, business systems and sustainability initiatives. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for GDPR and related compliance systems, working closely with multiple departments to ensure regulatory adherence and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate GDPR compliance reporting and support internal audits across the organisation.
• Maintain and optimise ERP‑based compliance systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to sustainability and net‑zero objectives by integrating compliance data into environmental reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements across departments to enhance efficiency and risk management.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on GDPR and related compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ERP systems and compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, risk management and internal audit processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• ISO Internal Auditor qualification or relevant degree is preferred.
