General Assistant – Boutique Operations

About the role

We are looking for a General Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our New Bond Street boutique. Working within Boutique Operations, you will help ensure a smooth flow of goods, stock, and client services, acting as a vital link between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities to reduce client wait and delivery times.
• Support a range of operational tasks including exports, cashier duties, stock administration and client care.
• Replenish sales areas and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure health & safety, GDPR and other compliance standards are consistently applied.
• Communicate accurately with all stakeholders to keep processes aligned.
• Identify and streamline processes in high‑demand areas.
