About the role

The Clinical Support Services Division at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a General Manager to lead the division. This internal position offers the opportunity to shape strategic direction and oversee day‑to‑day operations within a key NHS service.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership, strategic and professional management for the Clinical Support Services (CSS) Division.
Take operational responsibility for the delivery of CSS services.
Collaborate with the Divisional Director on development and delivery of division initiatives.
Ensure compliance with the Board’s smoke‑free policy and promote a healthy workplace.
Support flexible working arrangements for staff.

Required profile
