General Manager (Future Area Operations Manager) – London

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our flagship store on Bond Street, London. This position offers full accountability for the site’s performance while providing a clear pathway to become an Area Operations Manager as the business expands across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial success and deliver exceptional guest experiences at the flagship location.
• Manage P&L, forecasting, labour planning and cost control to meet profitability targets.
• Recruit, train and develop high‑performing teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on future store openings and operational set‑up.
• Support the training of new management teams for upcoming sites.
• Ensure compliance with auditing, food safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyse KPIs and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in a high‑volume hospitality, QSR or grab‑and‑go environment.
• Strong ownership of P&L with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and develop teams.
• Expertise in forecasting, labour planning and cost control.
• Deep knowledge of auditing, compliance and food safety standards.
• Confidence in analysing KPIs and executing improvement plans.
• Hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and aspires to a multi‑site operations role.
