General Manager – Luxury Wellness Concept

About the role

The General Manager will lead the launch of a premium wellness destination in Central London, overseeing all operational aspects and shaping an exceptional guest experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day studio operations, ensuring a seamless, elevated guest journey across all touchpoints.
• Own the P&L, drive revenue growth, profitability and overall commercial performance.
• Build and implement operational systems, processes and procedures for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop membership growth, retention and engagement strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and act to improve results.
• Recruit, onboard and lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture aligned with brand values.
• Oversee front‑of‑house hospitality standards and manage relationships with wellness practitioners and external partners.
• Support the founder in launch preparation, business planning and strategic decisions.
• Identify operational efficiencies through technology and innovation.
• Contribute to multi‑site expansion planning and future senior leadership responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Regional Manager or similar senior leadership role.
• Background in premium hospitality, luxury wellness, boutique fitness or high‑end service environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget management and KPI delivery.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to create structure in fast‑moving settings.
• Natural leadership with experience building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Guest‑first mindset and passion for delivering elevated experiences.
• Comfort working autonomously while collaborating closely with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Alignment with brand values of intentionality, integrity, curiosity and continuous growth.
