General Operative – Warehouse & Production

About the role
We are partnering with a leading uPVC manufacturing company in Swindon to hire a General Operative. You will join the warehouse and production teams, helping to keep the facility running smoothly from Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clean, tidy, and debris‑free warehouse and production areas.
- Scan incoming goods into the warehouse management system.
- Follow manual handling procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with component manufacturing when required.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Counterbalance forklift licence is an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage.
