Geo‑environmental Engineer – Guildford

About the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a Guildford‑based ground engineering consultancy as a Geo‑environmental Engineer. You will work on a wide range of contaminated land projects for Tier 1 contractors, developing your geotechnical expertise while gaining valuable client‑facing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations and office‑based assessments for contaminated land projects.
• Prepare and review interpretive reports under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Manage project elements, including client communication and coordination with contractors.
• Balance office duties with on‑site work to deliver comprehensive geo‑environmental solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Geology or a related discipline.
• Recent experience in geotechnical or geo‑environmental consultancy.
• Full right to work permanently in the UK.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ambition to develop a career in a fast‑paced environment.
