About the role

Almaviva Solutions is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead and monitor technology projects in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on planning, execution, and governance of projects while fostering continuous learning and certification among team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and track project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Support the definition and application of project development methodologies, including Scrum and other agile practices.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and IT governance processes and best practices.
• Drive process improvement initiatives through Process Management.
• Assist in technical solution analysis, emphasizing object‑oriented concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing and following up on IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining schedules in MS Project.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) and software development processes.
• Understanding of corporate and IT governance frameworks.
• Experience with process management and object‑oriented analysis.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, CAPM are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
