About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Group Operations Executive to join a leading inbound tour operator in Edinburgh. You will work in a fast‑paced environment creating bespoke itineraries for international groups travelling across the UK and Ireland, from the first enquiry right through to the final delivery.

Key responsibilities

Manage group travel enquiries and produce accurate quotations.
Design and tailor itineraries that meet the specific needs of international groups.
Negotiate rates and availability with hotels, attractions and transport providers.
Confirm bookings, issue travel documentation and ensure smooth execution of tours.
Provide exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

Fluent in German and English (essential).
Experience in inbound travel, hotel group reservations or similar.
Excellent organisational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Positive team player with a passion for travel.

Required skills

TourPlan (experience beneficial).
