German Group Operations Executive

About the role
We are looking for a German‑speaking Group Operations Executive to join a leading inbound tour operator in Edinburgh. You will work in a fast‑paced environment creating bespoke itineraries for international groups travelling across the UK and Ireland, from the first enquiry right through to the final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage group travel enquiries and produce accurate quotations.
- Design and tailor itineraries that meet the specific needs of international groups.
- Negotiate rates and availability with hotels, attractions and transport providers.
- Confirm bookings, issue travel documentation and ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English (essential).
- Experience in inbound travel, hotel group reservations or similar.
- Excellent organisational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Positive team player with a passion for travel.
Required skills
- TourPlan (experience beneficial).
