Global Benefits Manager – Media

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global media business to appoint a Global Benefits Manager. Reporting into the People team, you will shape and scale a truly international benefits programme that supports the company’s expansion across EMEA and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and roll‑out employee benefits in existing and new markets, ensuring a consistent global experience.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors and oversee compliance with regional regulations.
• Act as the trusted advisor to regional leaders and HR colleagues on all benefits‑related matters.
• Develop and maintain budgets, benchmarking data and reporting dashboards to demonstrate programme performance.
• Collaborate with HRIS and benefits platforms to ensure seamless administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering and managing employee benefits across EMEA and APAC, with deep knowledge of regional practices and compliance.
• Background in high‑growth, international environments, handling multi‑geography projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings and driving initiatives to completion.
