Global Coffee Supply Manager

About the role

The Global Coffee Supply Manager leads end‑to‑end planning and coordination of coffee supply for Costa Coffee, ensuring that demand forecasts are translated into green‑bean requirements and that raw material, storage, and finished‑goods flows meet market needs across an 18‑month horizon.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly global net coffee demand and translate finished‑goods forecasts into green‑bean demand.
• Coordinate inbound raw‑material supply, storage, and delivery to roasteries and markets.
• Balance availability, cost, and cash considerations to optimise the coffee supply chain.
• Produce coverage reports, manage supplier performance, and develop resilience plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support S&OP processes and system rollouts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global supply chain or procurement, preferably within the food & beverage sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret demand data and forecast accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across supply, logistics, and finance functions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
