Global EPR Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager role is dual‑focused, requiring both a strong customer‑oriented outlook and a data‑driven, problem‑solving approach. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, maintaining consistent communication, identifying service‑improvement opportunities, and ensuring timely, accurate data collection and submission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Liaise with compliance schemes, customers and third parties to ensure adherence to legislation and voluntary commitments.
• Research and develop knowledge of various compliance regulations and industry requirements.
• Analyse large volumes of data, articulate complex data issues in clear terms and propose solutions.
• Plan resources and meet deliverable deadlines with high accuracy.
• Identify service development areas and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to absorb large amounts of technical information quickly.
• Advanced IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Solution‑oriented problem‑solving ability and collaborative working style.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence and a degree‑level education or equivalent.
