About the role
We are seeking a Global Leadership Development Specialist to join a leading private education organisation on a permanent basis. Based in London with hybrid working, you will help shape the future of leadership across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of global leadership programmes.
- Review existing leadership offerings and create new programmes.
- Develop leadership behaviour and competency frameworks.
- Lead job analysis and benchmark career opportunities against competitors.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align development initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and deliver high‑quality presentations.
- Provide psychometric profiling and coaching for leaders.
- Collaborate with L&D and talent teams to support high‑potential talent and identify capability gaps.
- Assist in future‑proofing the organisation’s leadership pipeline.
Required profile
- Proven global experience in leadership development.
- Background in occupational psychology is preferred.
- Experience delivering coaching, psychometric assessments and leadership programmes.
- Commercial sector experience.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Salary up to £70,000 per year.
