Global Marketing Launch and Go-to-Market Specialist

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an entry‑level Global Marketing Launch and Go‑to‑Market Specialist to support its worldwide launch programmes. Working in a hybrid setting, you will act as the central hub connecting sales, marketing, product development and business leaders to bring strategic offers to market.

Key responsibilities

• Support AVEVA’s Global Launch and Go‑to‑Market team on strategic programmes and activities.
• Assist in project management of product and portfolio launches, building independence to eventually lead launches solo.
• Contribute to AI, Cyber Resiliency, social media and campaign projects.
• Manage key marketing activities and evolve the go‑to‑market framework.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio and Business teams.
• Plan, develop and execute strategic go‑to‑market project plans.
• Create go‑to‑market slide decks and lead cadence meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of launch content and processes.
• Design and execute internal and external communications, including social media programmes.
• Report progress and results to senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, engineering, science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills to find win‑win solutions.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
