Global Marketing Manager – Campaigns

About the role

Costa Coffee is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead its worldwide campaign initiatives. Based in St. Albans, this 10‑month fixed‑term role will operate in a hybrid model, supporting the brand across more than 50 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global brand campaign strategies and plans that strengthen Costa’s market presence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, tech, and retail, to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics on a global scale.
• Lead a team of marketers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of creativity and results.
• Coordinate with the Costa Foundation and community initiatives to align marketing efforts with corporate social responsibility goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading global marketing or brand campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to a fast‑moving international brand.
