Global Sales Director – Consumer (Relocation to Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Global Sales Director – Consumer to lead our end‑to‑end retail sales strategy across multiple international markets, with full relocation to Dubai. The role will drive subscriber growth, revenue and market share while overseeing both direct and indirect distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global B2C sales strategy, optimizing channel mix across owned stores, major retailers and partner networks.
• Lead seasonal and promotional campaigns to maximise commercial performance.
• Oversee performance of retail stores, franchise partners, dealer/distributor networks and online sales platforms, setting targets and incentive frameworks.
• Drive customer acquisition, onboarding, retention and upsell initiatives in partnership with Marketing and CVM teams.
• Own the global retail sales P&L, forecasting, and KPI monitoring (gross adds, ARPU, churn, conversion rates).
• Build and mentor high‑performing regional sales leaders and in‑country teams, fostering a performance‑driven culture.
• Champion CRM, AI‑driven sales tools and data‑led decision making to accelerate digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Network and Customer Experience teams and report to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 12‑18+ years of experience in telecom, focused on consumer/retail (B2C) sales.
• Proven track record of driving subscriber growth and revenue in multi‑market environments.
• Extensive experience managing retail stores, distribution networks and digital channels.
• Deep knowledge of telecom products such as mobile, data, prepaid/postpaid, bundles and devices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
