Global Sales Director

About the role

GCAM is seeking a commercially credible aviation sales professional to lead its global business development. As Global Sales Director you will shape the international sales strategy, build relationships with airline operators and aviation partners, and create a robust pipeline of aircraft maintenance opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver GCAM’s commercial strategy, identifying target markets, customer segments and growth opportunities.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities with airline operators, aviation partners and industry contacts.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships that generate repeat business and commercial value.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of aircraft maintenance opportunities and provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
• Represent GCAM at customer meetings, industry events and aviation forums.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to align capacity with customer delivery requirements.
• Identify potential onward opportunities for ASI teardown activity where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation sales or aircraft maintenance business development.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of building structured pipelines.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a hybrid environment.
