Global Senior CRM & Lifecycle Designer

About the role

As Preply expands globally, CRM is becoming a core part of how learners experience the product, shaping habits, engagement, and long‑term progress. We are looking for a Global Senior CRM & Lifecycle Designer – a creative thinker with strong product intuition, a passion for storytelling, and a drive to design meaningful user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design as Product – treat CRM as a core product surface, translating business goals and product strategy into lifecycle experiences built on clear hypotheses, experimentation, and user behavior.
• Create Connected Experiences – design across the full user journey, ensuring consistency between in‑product UX and CRM and reinforcing key behaviors.
• Concept & Elevate – develop strong creative concepts that turn everyday touchpoints into engaging, purposeful, on‑brand moments.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally – partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content to shape strategy, align feasibility, and deliver cohesive experiences across channels.
• Design for Impact – use data and insights to iterate and improve performance, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail across high‑impact lifecycle touchpoints.

Required profile

• Experience designing CRM, lifecycle, or product experiences in fast‑moving digital environments, with an understanding of how design drives user behavior and business impact.
• Product Thinking – ability to connect user journeys, product experiences, and lifecycle communications into one cohesive system.
• Creativity – talent for developing concepts, storytelling, and fresh thinking in lifecycle moments.
• Craft – strong foundation in visual design, layout, hierarchy, and composition.
• Collaboration – comfortable working cross‑functionally and contributing beyond design execution.
• Mindset – curious, proactive, adaptable, and excited by experimentation and continuous learning.
