Global Social Influencer Strategist – Personal Care

About the role

We are looking for a Global Social Influencer Strategist to lead the influencer and creator strategy for our Personal Care portfolio. Based in London, you will shape the future of social and influencer marketing across eight power brands, driving culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a global influencer and creator strategy, including toolkits and frameworks for consistent execution at scale.
• Analyse platform trends, audience behaviour and cultural moments to identify new business opportunities.
• Act as a global thought leader, setting the agenda for influencer and creator marketing excellence across brands and markets.
• Design, pilot and scale innovative influencer and creator initiatives, turning standout local work into repeatable global models.
• Partner closely with global brand teams and market influencer specialists to align strategies with brand objectives.
• Produce recaps, learning agendas and best‑practice sharing to continuously optimise influencer activity.
• Lead onboarding, training and capability‑building programmes for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile
