Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst

About the role

Radiant is building a dedicated Governance, Risk & Compliance function to support its fast‑growing AI infrastructure business. As a GRC Analyst you will own the end‑to‑end compliance programme, creating and automating processes that currently do not exist, while working closely with senior security and engineering leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage the compliance programme, supporting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, policy lifecycle, and customer security questionnaires.
• Run data‑protection operations centred on UK GDPR, including training and KYC onboarding.
• Automate manual evidence‑collection, policy tracking and questionnaire response processes.
• Coordinate business continuity planning, disaster‑recovery testing and major‑incident handling.
• Support AI governance initiatives, keeping pace with the EU AI Act and related regulations.
• Help build health & safety management systems as the company expands into data‑centre premises.

Required profile

• Solid experience with UK GDPR and data‑protection compliance.
• Hyper‑organised with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams without slip‑ups.
• Builder’s mindset – comfortable creating and automating processes from scratch.
• Mid‑level experience in compliance, GRC or information security, with confident stakeholder management.

Required skills

• ISO 27001 audit knowledge.
• SOC 2 audit knowledge.
• UK GDPR expertise.
• Experience with GRC tooling such as Vanta or equivalent.
