About the role
Join an Outstanding rated secondary school in Ealing as a Graduate Academic Mentor. This full‑time, one‑year position offers you the chance to support pupils academically while training to become a qualified teacher.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver targeted small‑group and one‑to‑one interventions for students who need extra support.
- Run booster sessions across a range of subjects, aligned with your specialism.
- Assist class teachers with lesson preparation and student development.
Required profile
- 1st class or 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university.
- Strong A‑Level and GCSE results.
- Aspiring primary or secondary teacher willing to go above and beyond for pupils.
Required skills
- Subject‑specific academic knowledge relevant to secondary education.
What we offer
- £100‑£130 per day (contract rate).
- Teacher‑training pathway leading to qualified status after one academic year.
