Graduate Assistant Building Surveyor – Bristol

About the role

RLB is seeking a Graduate Assistant Building Surveyor to join its client‑focused team in Bristol. The role offers a two‑year Future Professionals programme with mentoring, structured training and the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and specialist projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core surveying services across commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail assets.
• Conduct site surveys, produce designs and specifications, and administer contracts.
• Provide specialist advice on dilapidations, lease negotiations, pre‑acquisition surveys and fire safety.
• Collaborate with senior chartered professionals to support clients’ estate performance and maintenance.

Required profile

Required skills

• Building surveying (RICS‑accredited degree preferred).
• Dilapidations assessments.
