About the role

Content Guru is hosting a Graduate Assessment Day on 25 September 2026 at its head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. The event seeks recent graduates with a passion for technology to join the sales team as Business Development Executives, selling innovative CX solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product and sales knowledge of Content Guru’s cloud communication solutions.
• Create and maintain account development plans, achieve revenue and margin targets, and build a robust pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers, coordinate internal teams to meet expectations.
• Lead bid and tender processes, collaborating with presales, delivery and support to secure new business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail or other customer‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team to deliver projects or tasks.
• Demonstrable interest and experience in selling a product or concept.
• Experience using a CRM or similar tool.
• IT/telecoms experience.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills.
• Well‑presented and confident communication with customers.
• Numeracy and attention to detail.
• Tenacious attitude to achieve targets.
