Global Senior Vice President of Sales

About the role

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions. We are seeking a Global SVP Sales to join our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. This strategic leadership role will steer the global sales organisation and drive sustained growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives across all regions, overseeing pipeline management, forecasting and bid delivery.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing global sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key industry stakeholders, representing Content Guru at major events.
• Ensure appropriate resources, processes and systems are in place to support sales success and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience delivering direct sales within a technology, SaaS or related environment.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams at Head of Sales, Sales Director, VP Sales or equivalent level.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful sales strategies and managing full sales lifecycles.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication and negotiation abilities.
