Graduate Business Development Representative – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing healthcare sales company in London. You will work closely with senior Business Development Managers, supporting them by securing appointments with C‑level executives at Tier 1 and Tier 2 organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call C‑level executives and key decision‑makers to generate new business opportunities.
• Book and manage appointments for senior Business Development Managers.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and present solutions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects, creating account plans.
• Source and qualify new leads, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or a related field.
• Highly driven, self‑motivated with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex solutions.
• Experience in B2B sales, cold‑calling or similar customer‑facing roles is desirable.
