About the role

Our client, a leading distributor of healthcare products, is launching a Graduate Business Development Scheme in Leeds. The programme offers a £28,000 base salary with on‑target earnings (OTE) that can increase the total package. Graduates will receive comprehensive training, mentorship and exposure to the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio and services.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Shadow senior team members to learn the end‑to‑end commercial process and progress within the business.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
• Highly self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
